We bring everything needed for a complete VR training session: Meta Quest 3 headsets (enough for all participants), backup devices, laptops for setup and analytics, charging stations, and all necessary accessories. You just need to provide a suitable space with adequate lighting and power outlets.
We recommend a clear space of approximately 3x3 meters per participant for optimal movement and safety. For groups of 5-10 people, a standard meeting room or classroom is usually sufficient. For larger groups, we can work with you to arrange multiple sessions or use a larger space like a hall or gymnasium.
Absolutely! We can create custom sessions that combine elements from different modules. For example, a comprehensive safety session could include both fire safety and first aid components. Discuss your specific training goals with us, and we'll design the perfect session for your needs.
After each session, we provide comprehensive analytics including individual performance metrics, group averages, competency levels, areas for improvement, and completion certificates. These reports are perfect for compliance records, insurance requirements, and identifying organizational training gaps.
Yes, we offer special pricing for schools, colleges, universities, and registered charities. Contact us directly to discuss your specific situation and requirements. We're committed to making immersive training accessible to organizations that serve their communities.
